This portrait of Marilyn Manson refers to his image from Rock is Dead video [1999].
He also used to wear this costume on Mechanical Animals / Rock is Dead Tours [1998-1999].
The song Rock is Dead comes from Mechanical Animals album (1998). It was also featured in Matrix.
Enjoy :)

Handdrawn lineart, colored in Photoshop & Painter (with mouse).
No body reference, except face and hands.
